1. Who we are

Quant.Courses FZ-LLC (“we”, “us”) is a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading as Quant.Courses at quant.degree.

2. What you are buying

A licence to access the course materials associated with the tier you purchased, for your own personal or internal professional use.

Cohort and Premium tiers additionally include review, live defense sessions and, on successful completion, a certificate. These are services delivered on a published schedule, not goods.

3. What you may not do

Share your login, redistribute the materials, resell access, or use the content to build a competing course.

Course notebooks and templates may be used freely in your own work, including commercially. The lectures, slides and written materials may not be redistributed.

4. Not investment advice

Everything on this platform is educational. Nothing is investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any instrument.

Strategies discussed in the courses are teaching examples. Backtested performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for any capital you deploy.

5. Access, availability and changes

Materials are available for the lifetime of the platform. We may update, re-record or reorganise content; we will not remove a module you paid for without providing its replacement.

Cohort dates are published in advance. If we move a cohort start date, you may switch cohorts or take a full refund.

6. Payment

Prices are in USD and shown inclusive of any applicable tax at checkout. Payment is processed on quant.degree; we never see or store your full card details.

Instalment plans are provided by a third-party provider under their own terms. A failed instalment may suspend access until it is resolved.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Community conduct

The community exists for study. No promotion, no tips, no soliciting other students. We may revoke community access for conduct that makes the space worse, without refunding the course.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
