What is different
- We read your existing research or allocation process first, under NDA.
- Sessions use your instruments and your constraints, not SPY and a toy universe.
- Every participant leaves with the same artifacts the public courses produce — mandate, risk policy, or a working strategy package.
- A written debrief to whoever signs off: what the team can now do, and what it still cannot.
What we will not do
Certify a process we do not think works, or run a two-day session that leaves the team feeling good and changes nothing. If a programme is the wrong answer for you, we will say so in the first call and point you at the self-serve courses instead.
