Refund Policy

The window

Fourteen days from purchase, or before the second checkpoint of your cohort — whichever comes first.

Pre-orders for Quant Research are refundable in full at any point before the cohort starts.

How to ask

Email hello@quant.degree with the address you bought under. No form, no exit survey, no retention call. We process it the same business day.

What happens next

The money returns to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Your access to the course and to its community access group is revoked when the refund is issued. Anything you downloaded is yours to keep.

Gifts

An unredeemed gift can be refunded to the buyer at any time before redemption. Once the recipient has redeemed it, the normal window applies from the redemption date and only the recipient can request it.

Where we say no

After the window, or where an account has downloaded the entire course and is requesting a refund on a repeat basis. We will explain the decision in writing.

If we cancel

If we move or cancel a cohort you are enrolled in, you may switch to another cohort or take a full refund regardless of the window.
